My team was tasked to revolutionize the ATM experience by integrating it seamlessly with a smartphone application. Through in-depth market research, we identified key user groups and uncovered their expectations for smart banking tools. Armed with these insights, we designed intuitive user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity mockups that reimagined how users interact with ATMs and mobile apps for faster, more efficient transactions.
